1. Weather Conditions & Minimum Passenger Requirement: The company reserves the right to cancel a scheduled cruise in the event of unsuitable weather conditions or failure to meet the minimum number of passengers. In such cases, passengers have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.

2. Refund Conditions: The only other instance for a refund is if cancellation is notified at least 96 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. In any other case, refunds are not issued.

3. Legal Requirement for Passenger Age: According to Greek legislation concerning day cruises, passengers under the age of 14 are not permitted on board in the absence of a lifeguard. Violation of this regulation incurs a fine of €800 per person.
