Weather Conditions & Minimum Passenger Requirement: The company reserves the right to cancel a scheduled cruise in the event of unsuitable weather conditions or failure to meet the minimum number of passengers. In such cases, passengers have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
Refund Conditions: The only other instance for a refund is if cancellation is notified at least 96 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. In any other case, refunds are not issued.
The above policy refers to tickets for semi-private cruises, not private rentals. Private rentals payment /cancellation terms are the ones sent by email to clients before paying deposit.
